Is traffic calculated one-way or bi-directionally?
Our billing model calculates traffic one-way, considering only the maximum value between inbound and outbound traffic.
What is the billing model?
Currently, our cloud server billing model is hourly, allowing you to create or delete cloud servers at any time. Servers are automatically billed on an hourly basis while they are active.
When is billing processed?
Billing is processed on the 1st of each month, automatically deducting the corresponding fees from your balance. If you delete resources such as cloud servers before the end of the billing cycle, the fees are deducted at the time of deletion.
What should I do if I run out of traffic?
If your traffic limit is reached, your service will be suspended until traffic is reset. During the suspension period, you can choose to delete instances or use the paid traffic reset feature to resume service.
What payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe for payments, allowing you to pay with credit cards or through Alipay and WeChat Pay.
About Cloud Servers
Why can't I connect to the cloud server I created?
You need to allow inbound traffic in the security group to establish connections. Please refer to the security group documentation for specific instructions.
How do I connect to a cloud server?
Before creating a cloud server, you need to create a key pair. When creating an instance, select the key pair you need, and after creation, you can SSH into the cloud server using the private key.
When is traffic reset?
Traffic is reset on the first day of each month.
How many cloud servers can I create?
You can check your quota in 'Billing' > 'Quota'. If your quota is insufficient, you can contact us via a support ticket to increase it.
My cloud server is stuck in the creating/reinstalling process for a long time, what should I do?
If this happens, please contact our staff through a support ticket, and we will assist you.
